Terms and Conditions

1. Services
Andovate Agency provides done-for-you digital lead generation systems for trades and service businesses. Services include website design and hosting, CRM setup and management, marketing automation, review management, and related digital services as outlined in the selected service package.
2. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly via automatic recurring charge through Stripe. Payment is due on the same date each month. Failed payments may result in service suspension. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for existing clients.
3. Cancellation Policy
Services continue on a month to month basis and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice sent to andrew@andovate.com. There is no minimum commitment period.
4. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
New clients are eligible for a full refund of their first month payment if they do not see measurable improvement in leads, calls, or Google visibility within 30 days of their system going live. To qualify the client must complete onboarding within 7 days of signup. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the system going live. Refunds are not available after the first 30 days or for subsequent months.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for completing the onboarding form within 7 days of signup, providing accurate business information and account access, responding to onboarding requests in a timely manner, and using the LeadConnector app to mark jobs complete to trigger automated workflows.
6. Website and System Ownership
The website and lead generation system built by Andovate Agency remains the property of Andovate Agency and is hosted on Andovate infrastructure. Clients receive access to the system for the duration of their subscription. Upon cancellation the website and system will be taken offline. Client contact data will be exported and provided to the client upon request within 30 days of cancellation.
7. Intellectual Property
All systems, workflows, automations, and processes developed by Andovate Agency are proprietary intellectual property of Andovate Agency. Clients may not copy, replicate, or resell any systems or processes developed by Andovate Agency.
8. Limitation of Liability
Andovate Agency is not responsible for results beyond our direct control including changes to Google algorithms, changes to social media platform policies, or market conditions affecting client revenue. Our liability is limited to the monthly service fee paid in the month the issue occurred.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of the service relationship. Andovate Agency will not share client business information with third parties except as required to deliver the services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Andovate Agency reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately for non-payment, breach of terms, or abusive behavior toward staff.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia.
